Complete the following steps in order to process your return/exchange
  • Step 1: Please complete the returns form which will be sent to you with your item. 
  • Step 2: Please specify between – Refund OR Exchange
  • Step 3: For exchange please specify what items you would like to exchange.
  • Step 4: If your exchange is more than your original purchase please provide us with contact details that we may be able to contact you in order to process this order.

How do I return or exchange an item?

If you wish to return or exchange any items you must do so within 14 days of purchase (unwashed and unworn). In order to process a return or exchange, items must be returned to us in their original condition including packaging. Goods will be inspected when returned.

Who pays for the returning item?

The item you are returning/exchanging is your responsibility until we receive it. As a result it is recommended you send the goods to us with a delivery service that insures you for the value of goods. We will refund postage on all returned goods upon receipt – please note the postage cost on any returns emails or notes.

How long will this take?

Please allow 10 working days for your request to be processed and appear in your account. We will keep you informed of any action taken concerning your request.
